Billing and plans

WorkOSync is billed per company on a subscription with unlimited users. You choose a plan that matches the modules you use, pay monthly or annually, and move up or down as you grow. Prices are shown in your region's currency and are subject to UAE VAT at 5 percent.

Plans

Every plan includes the AI layer (Daily Brief, Ask AI with your own key, Inbox, Chat, Approvals, Meetings and Compliance). The differences are the ERP modules enabled and the depth of support. Annual billing saves 15 percent. Prices in INR and EUR are converted from the USD base at the time of display.

Free trial

Every new workspace starts a fourteen-day trial with every module unlocked and no card required. Sign up with a work email, create the workspace and you are in. Before the trial ends, pick a plan; the platform operator can also set the default plan a trial converts to and whether a card is required, in Platform Settings under Plans & trials.

VAT on subscriptions

WorkOSync applies UAE VAT at 5 percent to every subscription charge. The monthly tax invoice shows the net subscription fee, the VAT amount and the gross total, so your own bookkeeping and input tax recovery are straightforward. The seller's legal name, address and TRN are printed on every document.

Each billing cycle produces documents issued in your company name:

Branded emails

On each billing event WorkOSync sends branded transactional emails to both sides:

• Invoice email to your billing address: subject Your WorkOSync invoice PLT-INV-0120, AED 3,576, a PAID or PAYMENT DUE banner, the plan and period, subtotal, VAT and total, a View / download invoice button and the bank details for transfer.
• Receipt email: subject WorkOSync receipt PLT-PAY-0091, AED 3,576, a PAYMENT RECEIVED or PAYMENT FAILED banner and a View / download receipt or Retry payment button.
• A copy of each goes to the platform operator with an Open Platform Console button, so billing is transparent to everyone involved.

A mail failure never blocks the underlying record; the invoice or receipt is saved regardless and can be re-sent from the console with Send.

Payment methods

Subscriptions are collected through the gateways configured in the Platform Console: Stripe for cards, wallets and SEPA, Tap Payments for GCC cards, KNET and mada, PayPal, and Razorpay for India. Bank transfer is always available using the details on the invoice. Failed card payments are retried according to the dunning policy, and a grace period keeps your workspace active while a payment is sorted out.

Changing plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Enabling a higher plan unlocks its modules immediately, and your data is never lost when you move between tiers: a module you switch off simply disappears from the sidebar until you switch it back on.
