The Terms of Service are the master agreement. The Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Service Level Agreement form part of them, and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. Enterprise customers with a signed order form are governed by that order form where it differs from these pages.
