How does per-user pricing work?
You pay a monthly price per user for each module pack you switch on. Turn a pack on or off any time and your bill follows. Core, which includes the Daily Brief, Ask AI, customers, notes, reports and settings, is always free.
Do I get a discount for a big team?
Yes. Volume discounts kick in automatically: 10% off from 11 users, 20% off from 51, and 30% off from 201. Annual billing saves a further 15%.
Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, upload your trade licence to auto-fill your company, pick your modules and import your team. Add a card only if you decide to continue after 14 days.
Can I change modules or seats later?
Any time, from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; removing a pack or a seat applies at your next billing date.
Can I bring my own AI key?
Yes. Ask AI works with your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key so your data stays under your account.
Where is my data stored?
In secure European data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups.
